Carrie Snow started her career in the real estate industry working for a small appraisal office in 2003. She began her journey to becoming a licensed real estate appraiser and started her business, Hahn Appraisal, LLC, becoming an independent practice in 2008. Carrie still runs Hahn Appraisal, LLC and continues to practice real estate appraisal for private lending institutions. It is her compassion for people combined with the love of complex challenges inherent in real estate that led her to become an agent. She is happy to share her expertise with home sellers and buyers alike.
Carrie was raised in Greeley, Colorado on a small acreage and enjoyed the Colorado lifestyle growing up animals and horses, snowboarding, and hiking. She attended Greeley West High School, Aims Community College, Front Range Community College, and Colorado State University and made had been named on President’s List for maintaining a perfect GPA during certain semesters. She has lived in northern Colorado for over 30 years, finally landing in Fort Collins due to the exceptional quality of life in the area.
Having worked in the Northern Colorado real estate market throughout the last 14 years, she knows the local communities well and has extensive experience in property valuation, pricing, and buyer habits in the area. This in-depth knowledge of local area and its market can help you make the most informed decisions.
She is committed to providing the most modern and up to date resources to perform her business, including comprehensive market analysis, watching for trends and changes in home sales and market movement. She is skilled in residential single-family residence, condominium, multiple unit investment properties, acreage properties, manufactured, modular, short sales and foreclosure properties, to name a few.
Her experience has allowed her to interact with all parties in the purchase or sale of real estate from perspectives that are outside of the typical realm of a real estate agent, as she has worked closely with lenders, buyers, and sellers on consultations with making and managing important decisions when it comes to their homes value, highest and best use. She understands the motivations of each one of the market participants and is able to produce comprehensive reports that illustrate answers that each party requires.

Carrie continues to attend local classes pertaining to both her real estate license as well as her appraisal license in order to stay abreast of the constant changes in the market.
Carrie and her husband Andy live in Fort Collins with two small dogs (Cosmo and Tribble) and a cat (Penny). Carrie has a sister with developmental disabilities and advocates for all persons with physical, developmental, or psychological disabilities or impairments and attends sporting events through Special Olympics and the Fort Collins Adaptive Recreational Opportunities program (ARO). She enjoys art and photography, music, and both road trips and international travel.
