About Me
Ian
I was born and raised in Fort Collins and straight out of high school, I pursued a degree in Culinary Arts which led me to work across the country and internationally. I had an idea of how wonderful Northern Colorado was before I left, but I now know it will always be my home.
The time that I spent working in the service industry prepared me to be the real estate agent that you deserve. It taught me to listen to your goals and desires, to prioritize your needs before my own, to work tirelessly for your benefit, and to share my knowledge of real estate transactions with you. I utilize each of these skills as a trusted advisor and consultant for all of my clients.
When I’m not actively searching for your next home or investment, you’ll find me biking, snowboarding, cooking, gardening, walking my dog, or volunteering at Safe Routes to School or a local CSA.
Sean
Sean Hudgens is a native of Fort Collins, Colorado with strong roots in Northern Colorado and the Front Range. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in real estate and investment analysis from Colorado State University. His interest in real estate started much earlier as he worked for a remodeling company and was contracted by several property management companies. This glimpse into the world of investment real estate snowballed into a degree and an incredible passion for real estate not only as an asset class, but as a vehicle for financial freedom. Sean has witnessed first-hand the power of real estate to create freedom for clients who thought that retirement, let alone true financial freedom, was never an option.
Sean is passionate about working with all types of clients in an area that he wholeheartedly believes in. The magic of Northern Colorado can be seen in the scenic vistas, the kind and outgoing citizens, and the endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Who wouldn’t want to live here?
He has expanded his business to include residential transactions, commercial leasing in both tenant rep and landlord rep positions, commercial purchase and sales, and of course land and mountain properties.
When Sean isn’t working, you are almost guaranteed to find him somewhere outdoors with friends, family, or his nearly constant companion, Foster, the Blue Heeler. He is an avid outdoorsman with passions for hunting, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, trail running, mountaineering and of course, snowboarding.
He would classify himself as an extremely amateur but steadily improving scholar of western land use and philosophy, but it would be surprising to find him too far from one of many books on wildlife management, conservation, fishing or water law.
While he is passionate about continuing his lifelong education and improving every day, Sean is equally passionate about working to improve his local community through charitable giving and volunteering.
Sean is currently a board member for the local chapter of Pheasants Forever, which raises money for native habitat and wildlife conservation as well as an active member of many conservation groups such as Back Country Hunters and Anglers, Trout Unlimited and more. This led to his pledge to donate 5 % of every closing to one of his favorite organizations. If you would like him to donate to a nonprofit that you are passionate about, please reach out to him at sean@barefootnoco.com
